Dr. Joshua Garren, Radiation Oncologist in Dallas, TX

Meet Dr. Joshua Garren

Premier Cancer Center has added Dr. Joshua Garren as our CyberKnife Medical Director certified to treat patients using the CyberKnife, a noninvasive full-body cancer treatment system. 

Dr. Garren comes to Premier Cancer Centers from the Lahey Clinic in Boston, where he led the radiosurgery program for more than eight years. A board-certified radiation oncologist, Dr. Garren received his training from Brown University, where he had the opportunity to work on the first radiosurgery system in New England, and his neurosurgery training from New York University. Dr. Garren underwent an extensive multi-phase training program required of radiation oncologists to receive CyberKnife certification.
